Trent Creative is a boutique creative agency located in Rochester, Michigan, with a secondary office in Midtown Detroit, Michigan. We specialize in high-quality, strategic creative marketing for B2B, B2C, and nonprofit organizations. We create extraordinary growth and sales strategies using digital and traditional marketing, branding, website design, print design, social media, and content marketing for B2B, B2C, manufacturing, nonprofit, and government organizations.
 
We focus on Corporate Social Responsibility through our community work and our founder’s city committee, The Rochester Pollinators, which was founded to save the Monarch butterfly. Duties & Responsibilities:Your primary duty would be to serve as Client & Project Management Services. Responsibilities include client coordination, creating meeting agendas, supporting brand strategy, managing day-to-day production, quality assurance checking of assets, and managing the art director’s day-to-day projects. They could involve minor content updates within assets. An essential aspect of this role is organizing and managing your time effectively and efficiently. You will oversee projects, from working with the principal on proposals to the execution of each project.

We seek someone with experience in digital and print project management who can work in a fast-paced environment. We are open to training the right candidate in print management if needed.

  • Quick learner, eager to jump into new tasks and learn as you goFocused yet flexible while coordinating and communicating with staff and clients; ability to maintain poise under stress and to respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, social media, marketing, business, or related field
  •  Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Creative agency experience or equivalent
  • Strong written, proofreading, and analytical skills
  • Recommended software proficiencies: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Microsoft Office and Google Analytics platform

Job Type:   Full-time – Salary dependent upon experience (hourly, overtime, full BC/BS benefits that include dental and eye with vacation and PTO).
